The level of assistance you need will be identified in your NDIS plan. The goal of providing this support is to enable participants to live as independently and autonomously as possible. These supports are provided by a worker with additional qualifications and experience relevant to the participant’s complex needs..

Meeting new people and going out is an important part of living an enriching life. We hold various events at our centre where you can meet and become part of a vibrant community. Our assistant can also travel with you to any of the community events in which you participate.

Care With Integrity works with participants to help them lead as independent and healthy a life as possible through community nursing care. This type of care is suitable where a participant requires more clinical nursing support. We work directly with participants and their families to prevent disease, maintain health, as well as assisting with existing health problems.

Transitioning to a new stage of life can be a challenge. That’s why Care With Integrity are here to assist participants through life transitions. There are many life stage transitions we can help with – including starting or changing school, moving home or into supported accommodation and even getting out and about in the community more.
